No Refund Policy
All payments made to VastDev Solutions are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refund, chargeback, or reversal will be permitted under any circumstances. This applies to all services including website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, and consultancy services.
Service-Based Work
As our services are service-based and customized according to client requirements, work begins immediately after payment confirmation. Therefore, refunds are not possible once the service has started, irrespective of project progress or completion status.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after making a payment, no refund will be issued. However, VastDev Solutions will provide work equivalent to the amount paid, based on the tasks completed or currently in progress.
Delays & Client Responsibilities
Any delays caused due to lack of client communication, late feedback, missing content, or delayed approvals will not be considered a valid reason for requesting a refund. Project timelines may be revised accordingly.
Abusive Behavior & Legal Action
Any form of abusive language, harassment, threats, false allegations, or legal intimidation by the client will result in immediate suspension of services. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and VastDev Solutions reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after agreeing to this policy will be treated as a violation of terms. VastDev Solutions may submit this policy, along with project records and communication logs, as evidence to resolve such disputes.

By making a payment to VastDev Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
