1. Services

VastDev Solutions provides IT services including but not limited to website development, software solutions, digital marketing, and related technology services. All services are delivered as per the mutually agreed scope, timeline, and pricing.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed time.
Make payments strictly as per the agreed terms and schedule.
Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times.

3. Payment Terms (Non-Refundable Policy)

All payments made to VastDev Solutions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is made, the client cannot demand a refund, cancellation, or chargeback for any reason.
In case of early project termination by the client, VastDev Solutions will provide work equivalent to the amount paid, but no refund will be issued.
Repeated requests for refund after payment will not be entertained.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, code, content, and materials developed by VastDev Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon complete payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding reusable frameworks, tools, or internal methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary, technical, or business information shared during the course of the project.

6. Professional Conduct & Legal Protection

Any form of abusive language, threats, harassment, false allegations, or legal intimidation by the client will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.
In such cases, VastDev Solutions reserves the full legal right to take appropriate civil and criminal action under applicable Indian laws.
No refunds or service extensions will be provided in such situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

VastDev Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
The client must clear all dues for work completed up to the termination date.
Payments already made remain non-refundable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.

10. Changes to Terms

VastDev Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
